A film adaptation was released on Blu-ray and DVD in May 2013 as a compilation of cutscenes from the game. The game received generally positive reviews for most platforms, and mixed reviews for the 3DS and Vita, and sold 3.4 million copies by March 2013. An OS X version of the game, published by Feral Interactive, was released in September 2012, followed by a Wii U version in May 2013.
